The Pace Home The Pace family lives in a fairly nice, small two-story dutch colonial style house. The first floor consists of a small living room, a kitchen/dining room with a pretty massive refrigerator, a bathroom, and Richard's bedroom. The second floor is smaller, and contains just Evangeline's bedroom, a small bathroom, and a linen closet. There is also a basement, which doubles as storage space and a laundry room. |

The Fernada Household This is the household of the Fernada clan in Sunnydale. It is rather nice as houses go, and it is obvious from an inside view that the father runs the roost. It even shows in the decoration and the garden. This house contains a study, a kitchen, lounge, workshop, 2 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. Even if it is a nice place to look at, it is worth noting Julio stays away from it as much as he can. |

The Monroe Household The small house on the outskirts of Sunnydale is home to the young wicca along with her mother and two older brothers. The family have resided in the house for over twenty years in total. It's a normal house; semi-detatched, not too large and filled with all the necessities; nothing too fancy. |
